Thank you to all families who donated money to this year's poppy appeal. You were all very generous and it was so lovely to see the children of Kewaigue proudly wearing their poppies, poppy bands and zip tags. On Friday, myself and two pupils, Joel and Marcus, went to Santon Church to lay a wreath at the war memorial there to remember the people who died from our local area. On Sunday, Holly M and Calypso joined me at Braddan Church, together with their families, to lay our school wreath. I felt extremely proud to see so many of our Kewaigue community paying their respects at this event in their roles of pupils, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Cubs.
