On Thursday Mr Ken Mitchell and group from the Douglas Brass Band came into school to perform for us and to teach us all about brass instruments. At the end of the assembly children interested in taking up a brass instrument and joining Douglas Brass Band had a try of some instruments and were given a sign up form. If your child did not take a letter and you would like them to join up please see Mrs Duncan at reception.
