Kewaigue Primary School held a dress down day on Monday the 14th March in support of the Ukraine refugees. Children were asked to bring in donations of toiletries that could be boxed up and delivered to the Polish/Ukraine border. We were overwhelmed by the support from our Kewaigue families who have been so generous in their giving. On Monday afternoon, children who are members of the school council helped to sort the items into appropriate boxes ready for collection on Tuesday afternoon.
The donations are being delivered to Poland by Barry Quilliam from Q Stores on behalf of British Military Veterans Isle of Man.
