All children are entitled to Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) that supports their personal development, well-being and understanding of healthy relationships.. The Department of Education, Sport and Culture recognises the importance of high-quality, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate RSE as an essential component of the schools’ curriculum.
